Rules and Regulations

•   Van fee is revised every year. Refer the van fee structure at school.
•   Van fee must be paid on or before 15" of every month.
•  Late payment will be fined Rs. 50. If delayed a month the fine will be Rs. 100.
•  Students joining / leaving the school van or changing the van in the middle of any month, have to pay the full fee of that month to the respective van.
•  Students should follow queue system while getting in and out of the bus or van
•   While waiting for the bus at stops, students should maintain good manners. Playing at stops and disturbing other students are not encouraged.
•  While travelling in the school bus, students are not allowed to put their hands or head outside and should not quarrel, fight, tease, push and pull others.
•  No one is allowed to eat any food / snacks in the bus.
•   Students have to be well disciplined in the bus on board and when they get down..
•   The management will not take responsibility for any damage or accidents that happen due to the carelessness of the students.
•   Students should speak in English in the bus and be obedient to the drivers, ayyas and teachers who travel with them.
•   Higher class students should see the seating arrangements of the lower sections before they occupy the seats and make adjustments.
•   Students should not damage any materials of the bus or van: seat, cover, bags and handles, steps, window, glass and etc.
•   Student who receives warning more than 3 times will be dismissed from the van and from the school.
•   Any student who causes annoyances and disturbs other students for unnecessary reason will be also dismissed
•   Students who tease the staff, office workers, ayyas and other students will be dismissed from the school.
•   Note: Half of the van fee will be collected for April every year for all stops invariably even if the working days are less than 15 days. 2. We do not encourage students travelling beyond 20 kilometers.
